		<description>I am still trying to digest the whole Ngilu&#039;s saga with it&#039;s numerous transgressions on our citizens rights. I am not sure if individual policemen are held responsible  for their actions. It seems like ones
they slip into those &quot; long black coats&quot; they suddenly get elevated above law. It is pathetic that citizen&#039;s lives were placed in grave danger by our government and as a result they sustained injuries in a police vehicle carwreck. It is insane that the policemen could invade sterile hospital environment endangering recovery of their own victims. What value does a kenyan policeman attach to human 
life? we should start demanding a more proffesional police force, a force that protects and serves rather than one that destroys and instills fear.</description>
